Become a part of one of FortWhyte’s best-known and most loved trails by naming a portion of the wetland floating boardwalk. Purchase a plaque for your family, or in honour of a special occasion or person. You will receive a Gift Boardwalk Plaque Package, comprising of a Boardwalk Plaque Certificate and a Complimentary one-time use pass for up to 4 Adults, so that the gift recipient can visit.

Each plaque is $175 (Donor will receive a $135 tax receipt per plaque)
Plaques are 5” x 2” and made of stainless steel.
Plaque and its placement are guaranteed for ten (10) years, after which you will be
given the option to renew your donation to maintain plaque and plaque placement.*

* Our policy is to guarantee all tributes for 10 years. This means FortWhyte Alive will maintain the plaque and boardwalk plank and replace the plaque should it be impacted by vandalism, weather, etc. We envision your tribute as a lasting one and are honoured you've chosen to commemorate your memories here at FortWhyte. However we recognize our inability to predict the future, hence the necessity of this policy. Further to the ten year period, we commit to making every effort to contact the donor for an opportunity to renew (at a discounted price of whatever the current rate is then) prior to making any changes to the tribute. Should we reach out to you at any point and you don't opt to renew you'll have the opportunity to pick up and keep the plaque.
